Support is vital for anyone in recovery. That’s why we offer a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards similar goals.
Finally, action is necessary for lasting change. We encourage our members to take action toward their recovery, whether it be through therapy, support groups, or other resources.

WHAT WE DO
At Elevate Recovery Homes, our goal is to provide comprehensive post-treatment care to men suffering from substance use disorder. We understand that the road to recovery can be challenging, so we offer transitional living in a supportive and structured environment.
Our philosophy is centered on providing daily structure, personal accountability, community support, and a plan of action to help our residents succeed in their recovery journey. We are staffed with a dedicated House Manager, a Certified Addiction Specialist, and Peer Recovery Coaches to provide around-the-clock support and guidance. In addition, we have licensed therapists, counselors, and case managers on staff to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
